Nearly 20 years ago, we, the founders of Growth Masters Hub started our careers in consumer insights & strategy. It evolved into full spectrum marketing strategy through the years. Working with Fortune 500 companies, we learnt and taught visionary strategies based on data and insights. Over the course of the last 8 years, when we set up our own consulting business, we worked a lot with SMEs. There we saw that a lot of the big corporate strategies could still be used in a modified way but SMEs greatest struggle was just to grow - get more clients & increase their sales. And more often than not, there was no well defined marketing strategy and sometimes even the lack of awareness about the need of having it, Having coached many SMEs and solopreneurs on marketing, we found out that in the midst of focusing on their core business activity, they even struggle with implementing the marketing and brand plan on social media. More often than not, if they hired freelancers to manage their social media, it was done without any eye of strategy or brand positioning but only with an aim to post pretty pics and eye catching messages. So, we decided to address this. And so Growth Masters Hub was born. It brings together all of our massive consulting experience along with the needs that we saw through conversations with 100's of entrepreneurs. Lets face it - entrepreneurship is no easy business. It needs grit and determination. Business coaching sessions with entrepreneurs also revealed that the challenges faced by entrepreneurs go beyond business and are often to do with mindset. It became very clear to us that the full extent of growth is not possible only with marketing skillsets - you also need to master the mindset. And that's how this was born.
