Applicability

1. These terms and conditions apply to all services rendered by Growth Masters Hub for businesses. By purchasing any of our services or products, and checking the accept box, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Please check our website for the latest version of the terms that apply.

Confidentiality and data protection

1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to the privacy policy for more details.
2. You implicitly agree to not share any material purchased on Growth Masters Hub with other parties.
3. You may not use any content from Growth Masters Hub to offer services of similar nature as Growth Masters Hub.

Discounts, Coupon Codes & Promotions

1. Discounts, Coupon Codes and Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other. 
2. Any Discounts, Coupon Codes or Promotion can be withdrawn at any time and possession of such discount or coupon code does not automatically make the holder eligible. It depends if the said scheme is still being offered by Growth Masters Hub.

Use of our Website

1. We provide all of our customers login credentials for our website. You are responsible for all the activity make in your account.
2. Access to the website with your login credentials is strictly personal and you may not share your log-in details. If any suspicious activity is found in your account, we have the right to deny you further access and delete your account (without any liability).

Intellectual property rights

1. All materials available on Growth Masters Hub website are only for learning and training purposes. Customers donot obtain any right to the course materials.
2. If you violate any of the above, you will pay us a penalty of €10.000 per violation, plus an additional €1.000 for each day that the violation continues. This penalty shall apply in addition to a claim for damages and may not be mitigated by a court.

Cancellation policy

1. For all Online Programs and Downloads, no cancellation is possible and no refund can be offered.
2. For Live Courses, 4 weeks before start, cancellation may be possible with a partial refund. Please mail us at [email protected] to check the possibilities.
3. Growth Masters Hub reserves the right to cancel any program as and when the situation arises. In that unlikely event, we will inform you in due course and offer you alternatives. In case none of the alternatives are accepted by you, we will reimburse you the full amount paid by you. Growth Masters Hub will pay this refund within 30 days of a refund request.
4. If you are considered to be a consumer (e.g. not registering for the program as a business or as an employee of a company), Dutch consumer law applies to you, which means you have a statutory term of 14 days to cancel your booking without charge. This term starts from the date of the online booking and is not applicable if you already start using the program.

Liability

1. The final responsibility of applying the learnings from courses, trainings, coaching and all other materials provided by Growth Masters Hub is with the consumer and no rights can be derived for any negative outcomes on Growth Masters Hub. Growth Masters Hub categorically denies any liability for actions taken based on the content provided by it. 

Applicable law and court

1. Dutch law is applicable.
2. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
